    I just got my computer back with a new battery…

    Let’s look at you setting judgements aside when you are face -face…so powerful! When a patient/client/student is in the presence of non-judgement from us, it is impactful. With non-judgement, the person can let defences “down” and be themselves. To be “at ease” is the solution to experiencing peace of mind. So wonderful to hear this happening for you.

    Regarding the TV, we have choice. Obviously you care and want to be informed, then make a choice of when it’s enough. Switch gears. Like Syd would tell us…LEARN to go up and down.
