You are on the right path. After the trial run, we will have this orientation for educators, and you can invite interested educators in your school community. It is best if educators join with one or two others from the same building as they can share their learning and the feeling grows which benefits the children. We have visions of structure for MGI in the school system, but we can start small with those educators who are interested. I picture you as mentor for any interested educators, with having the teaching experience with MGI and having the coaching experience from HFP. So good to see you again.
