My takeaway from session II, section A

My takeaway from section A of session II is that when we find our wellbeing, we can actually rewrite our past. I found this so fascinating and empowering cause most of times, we found ourselves stuck with bad memories of what what we did or happened to us in the past and which ends up making us find ourselves in undesirable situations. Which means, if we find our wellbeing, and which is within us, by not concentrating our minds on negative past situations then we can rewrite our past by using our past bad experiences as stepping stones and lessons learnt for a better future.
