My takeaway from session I, section C
Hello
My takeaway from section C of session I is that what we think creates what we feel. That being said, we as humans are the ones who have the power to limit any negative emotion that may end up being a hindrance to our wellbeing by controlling what we give attention to in our thoughts as everything starts from there. So the more we give room to negative occurrences in our thoughts, the more we hurt ourselves and suffer.
